Educational Qualification:
Two years full time MA (Mass Communication / Journalism/ Masters in Social work) with at least 3 years post qualification work experience in the relevant field.
Job Description
- Responsible for a few states / UT's and work with the State Nodal Agencies in content generation and management through volunteerism /crowd sourcing, organizing outreach & capacity building events, / state level workshops / mass media campaigns etc.
- Responsible for brand building of Vikaspedia portal and its services
- Conceptualise, design and develop IEC materials in regional languages for promotion of Vikaspedia portal and its services
- Liaison with partners and develop innovative ideas in the areas of ICT for development.
- Provide support in organizing national events; participate in promotional events, development of promotional material etc.
Monthly Consolidated Salary:
Monthly consolidated salary Rs.31,000/- with no other allowances

Educational Qualification :
- Graduate with 50% marks, preferably Bachelor of Fine Arts with atleast 3 years post qualification work experience in the relevant field.
- Expertise with design tools like Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Flash, etc.,
- Desirable : Knowledge of using Dreamweaver and other web related softwares.
- Experience: Experience in designing multimedia products / designs for brand building of vikaspedia portal and its services using print, web based (online), outreach events, mass media, etc
Job Description
- Conceptualise, design and develop IEC materials with impressive and creative design and high visual impact in regional languages for promotion of vikaspedia portal and its services.
- The role involves understanding and catering to therequirements of multiple clients before making design decisions
Monthly Consolidated Salary:
Monthly consolidated salary Rs.13,500/- with no other allowances
Age: Below 30 years as on September 12, 2014
All the above posts are purely on contract basis for a period of 2 years
Screening Criteria:
In case of more applications, apart from above mentioned criteria screening will be done based on relevant skill set, experience and aggregate marks secured in relevant qualifying degree.
Age Relaxation:
Applicants belonging to the reserved category/Govt. employees / Physically Challenged Category would be eligible for relaxations according to the Government of India Norms.
